Ms. Knuth counsels employers on all aspects of the employment relationship from hire to termination. She has defended employers in state and federal courts against allegations of employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, retaliation, breach of contract and statutory violations. She has represented employers in administrative actions before the EEOC, DOL, OCRC and other similar state regulatory bodies.

Ms. Knuth represents management in all phases of labor relations, including union organizing drives, representation elections, initial and successor contract negotiations, grievance resolution, NLRB charges and 10(j) injunction actions. Her practice includes employment-related immigration. She counsels employers on I-9 compliance, conducts I-9 audits and E-Verify compliance.

Ms. Knuth’s practice also includes the enforcement of restrictive covenants and trade secret protection in state and federal courts.

She is licensed in Ohio and has been admitted to the Ohio and U.S. District Courts in both the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Sixth Circuit and Ninth Circuit.

Ms. Knuth grew up in Lyndhurst and resides in Highland Heights.
