Mr. Embleton is a Shareholder and Managing Director at Mansour Gavin. He has represented clients before state and federal courts in Ohio and several other states, and has appeared before Ohio Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. Jeff has represented companies before OSHA, the NLRB, and various other state and federal regulatory bodies.
His practice includes representing businesses in employment discrimination and harassment claims; wrongful termination claims; and related employment claims. He counsels employers on Rightful Terminations, Harassment Training, and other employment-related training. He also works with companies on union free training and related issues.
Jeff represents companies and individuals in claims involving trade secret disclosure and non-competition disputes. He has also represented executives in preparation of executive employment and severance agreements. Jeff and his wife Patti reside in Geauga County. Avid gardeners and beekeepers, they love hiking and snowshoeing, and enjoy music and the arts. They often travel to visit their five children, and come home to spoil their two dogs.
