Jennifer Horn focuses her practice in the areas of corporate and intellectual property law. Her wide-ranging corporate experience includes business counseling, contract preparation, review, and negotiation, corporate governance,  commercial lending, and mergers and acquisitions.  She also provides guidance on antitrust law, data privacy, and the legal aspects of cybersecurity issues, and has served as outside corporate counsel to several global corporations.

In addition to her corporate transactional practice, Jen works with clients on intellectual property matters such as copyright and trademark permissions, copyright and patent licensing agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and social media policies.  She handles all aspects of trademark clearance, preparation, and registration, and has experience advising clients in acquiring and protecting all phases of their intellectual property portfolio.

She is licensed in Ohio and has been admitted to the Ohio Supreme Court and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio.

Jen and her husband Brian reside in Bay Village with their two young sons.
