Kenneth Smith is a civil litigator who represents companies and employers in all aspects of their business needs. He focuses his practice within the General Civil Litigation and Labor and Employment groups.

Licensed in Ohio and in all federal courts in the state, Mr. Smith has represented clients in arbitration, in front of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, in unemployment hearings, and at other state administrative proceedings. Outside the courtroom, he has assisted companies with obtaining various commercial licenses, and has helped draft and implement internal policies and procedures.

Ken and his wife reside in Independence. An active tennis player, Ken also enjoys hiking and endeavors to one day visit every national park in the country.
