Mr. Boyko is an experienced attorney who practices in the areas of probate and estate planning, including wills, trusts and powers of attorney, elder law, real estate and business law.  He previously served as managing partner of the law firm of Boyko, Dobeck & Weaver before joining Mansour Gavin in late 2016.  He is admitted to practice law in both the State of Ohio and the State of Florida, as well as the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio.

Tim represents individuals, companies and non-profit organizations in his practice. He has extensive experience in estate planning, probate and elter law matters, as well as in representing clients with business and real estate matters. In addition, Tim counsels clients with issues involving Florida probate, estate planning and real estate.

Tim is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Parma Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is involved in various community organizations, including serving as legal counsel for the Tri-City Youth Football League and the Ukranian Catholic Diocese.

Tim has three children, and in his spare time enjoys traveling and fundraising for The Patty Boyko Foundation in memory of his late wife; the Foundation provides comfort services to cancer patients.
