Danielle M. Easton

In litigation, it is important to be an efficient problem solver who always keeps their client’s best interest in mind.

Ms. Easton’s practice focuses on civil litigation, specifically insurance defense and labor and employment. Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Danielle worked at Mansour Gavin as a law clerk, externed at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, and clerked for former Eighth District Court of Appeals Judge Tim McCormack.

While attending Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Danielle participated on the moot court team and the mock trial, placing 3rd at the Case Classic Mock Trial Competition.

She served as former editor of the Cleveland-State Law Review, was a member of the Student Bar Association, and a member of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.

Danielle, who resides in Lakewood, is a Cleveland native and has a long family history in the city. Her grandfather helped build the Fountain of Eternal Life statute in downtown Cleveland and her father, an iron worker, helped build the Ernst & Young building, Eaton Corp., and the Ahuja Medical Center.

Outside of work, Danielle likes to spend her free time exercising, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on Cleveland sports teams.
