Jeffrey M. Embleton has been a part of Mansour Gavin for over 47 years. Throughout his career, he has served clients as an experienced trial lawyer with extensive experience in labor and employment, civil litigation, business and shareholder disputes, and environmental law. He has represented clients before state and federal courts and appeared before the Ohio Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. Additionally, Jeff has represented companies before OSHA, the NLRB, and various other state and federal regulatory bodies.
With nearly half a century of legal representation, Jeff is known for his ability to analyze, simplify and resolve complex cases. His litigation training and skills evolved into his ability to mediate all types of legal disputes as an attorney representing a party in mediation and as a court or private party appointed mediator.
Using his extensive experience, Jeff transitioned into focusing on dispute resolution and today serves as a mediator and arbitrator in a wide variety of civil claims including personal injury cases, business disputes, and employment cases. He accepts appointments by local courts and is available as a private parties appointed mediator. Jeff has served as an arbitrator and mediator in over 30 matters over the past several years. He has also completed extensive training as a mediator as required under Rule 16 of the Ohio Supreme Court Rules of Superintendence for Courts of Ohio.
Jeff and his wife Patti reside in Geauga County. They enjoy travel, gardening, hiking and their growing family of grandchildren.
