Tyler Berry concentrates his practice on real estate law, business transactions, and general commercial litigation. As a member of Mansour Gavin’s real estate group, he has significant experience in business and real estate transactional drafting, eviction defense, and commercial lease drafting and negotiation.
Tyler brings a grounded, real-world perspective to his work, shaped by his background in urban planning, design, sustainability, and public policy. He recently served as a panelist for the Legal Netlink Alliance Young Lawyers Division webinar, The Weight of the Law: Can You Achieve Balance Between Work and Life, where he shared practical strategies for navigating the demands of legal practice and sustaining long-term professional and personal wellbeing.
Tyler earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and holds a master’s degree in urban planning and design from Cleveland State University, along with dual bachelor’s degrees in political science and sustainability from Miami University.
Outside the office, he enjoys exploring the shores and islands of Lake Erie, where he often spends his weekends boating. Tyler is a dedicated supporter of Cleveland’s vibrant arts community, regularly attending performances at Playhouse Square.
