Tatyana Pishnyak to Present on Deadlock-Breaking Mechanisms in Real Estate LLCs
Tatyana Pishnyak, Shareholder at Mansour Gavin LPA, will serve as a speaker for the upcoming webinar, “Deadlock-Breaking Mechanisms in Real Estate LLCs: Avoiding Litigation When Members and Managers Fail to Agree,” on June 23, 2026.
This 90-minute program will provide real estate and business counsel with a practical framework for identifying, preventing, and resolving deadlocks in limited liability companies. Deadlocks frequently arise when LLC members or managers are unable to reach agreement on key decisions, which can stall operations, increase costs, and potentially lead to litigation, loan defaults, or even dissolution.
During the session, Ms. Pishnyak and fellow panelists will examine a range of contractual tools and strategies that can be incorporated into operating agreements to mitigate these risks. Presenters will also discuss arbitration vs. mediation, and why either option is likely preferable to litigation or judicial dissolution of the entity.
