Mansour Gavin attorney Dan McGuire will be a featured presenter at the National Business Institute’s Ohio Trusts 101 seminar on Wednesday, November 5. Dan will lead a session on Revocable Living Trusts, sharing practical insights and strategies for effective trust planning and administration.

Overview:

When assessing complex information, it often helps to break items into basic building blocks. The same approach can be successful when dealing with asset protection. Be prepared for specific challenges associated with various types of trusts by understanding their unique characteristics. The intensive full-day primer will provide participants with a comprehensive overview of the wide variety of trusts available.

We are proud to announce that Katie Epperson* has been appointed to the Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management (CSHRM) Board of Directors as Legal and Compliance Chair for the 2025–2027 term, effective July 1, 2025. Additionally, Tim has been appointed to the University Hospitals Board of Directors, the governing board of University Hospitals.

Tim focuses on business and real estate law, as well as probate and estate planning. He joined Mansour Gavin in 2016 after serving as managing partner of Boyko, Dobeck & Weaver. Tim is licensed to practice in Ohio and Florida and represents individuals, businesses, and nonprofits in a variety of legal matters, including Florida probate and estate planning. He is an active member of several bar associations and is deeply involved in his community, including fundraising for The Patty Boyko Foundation in memory of his late wife.

Diane A. Calta has been elected Secretary to the Board of the Northeast Ohio Law Directors Association.
