Joshua T. Morrow

As a litigator, sometimes the best advice isn’t necessarily what the client wants to hear. My job is to build a relationship with my clients to ensure they know and trust that I hold their interests paramount, regardless of the circumstances.

Josh is a seasoned litigator, representing companies and individuals in the areas of business and commercial litigation, construction and real estate litigation, and appellate matters. He represents clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution forums. Josh is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio and has been admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

In addition to his practice, Josh sits as a reserve magistrate in the Willoughby Municipal Court and is an adjunct professor for Notre Dame College.

Josh and his wife, Meghan, reside in Chagrin Falls. Outside of the office, Josh can often be found fly fishing on local, and even Alaskan, streams and rivers. Josh also enjoys golf and coaching baseball for the Chagrin Falls Tigers.
