Josh is a seasoned litigator, representing companies and individuals in the areas of business and commercial litigation, construction litigation, and appellate matters. He represents clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution forums throughout the state.
Josh is consistently recognized as one of the state’s most outstanding litigators, having received the Ohio Super Lawyers’ Rising Star award in consecutive years, from 2012 through 2019. The Rising Star Award is reserved for those attorneys under the age of 40, and is presented to just 2.5% of all lawyers throughout the State of Ohio.
In addition to his practice, Josh sits as a reserve magistrate for the Willoughby Municipal Court and is an adjunct professor at Notre Dame College.
Josh and his wife, Meghan, reside in Chagrin Falls. Outside of the office, Josh can often be found fly fishing on local, and even Alaskan, streams and rivers. Josh also enjoys golf and coaching baseball for the Chagrin Falls Tigers.
