Many employers are not large enough to have the support of an in-house legal department, especially directed toward labor and employment issues. We partner with our clients to provide in house counsel services and can serve as an extension of their HR departments.  Every day, we are called on to answer questions that come up on the myriad of issues confronted by your HR and legal teams including disability accommodation and leave issues, handbook and policy drafting, workforce reductions, dealing with difficult employees and performance management, and workplace investigations.
