Emily Nuibe is a paralegal in the Corporate and Business Services group at Mansour Gavin. With over five years of experience, she is meticulous in maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.
Emily previously gained valuable legal experience as an intern with both the Lake County Public Defender’s Office and the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office.
She holds a B.A. from John Carroll University and earned her Professional Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Cuyahoga Community College.
Zachary Johnson is a legal assistant and paralegal in the firm’s labor and employment practice group. He has extensive experience in customer service and legal research. In his previous role as a paralegal, he prepared patent applications, declarations and power of attorney’s, processing responses to Office Actions, IDS’, Notice of Allowances, Issue Fee’s, and corresponding with foreign associates to pay all maintenance fees, consulted with clients to protect the intellectual property rights of their inventions in the U.S., and all participating countries of the PCT, monitoring up-coming due dates for all pending applications during each phases of prosecution and supporting several attorneys.
Zach is expecting his B.A. in liberal arts studies from The Ohio State University and Associate of Applied Business degree in Paralegal Studies from Cuyahoga Community College in June.
Marci Senft is a paralegal with experience in real estate, workers compensation, personal injury and litigation. She has been with Mansour Gavin since 2021 and has been a paralegal for over 20 years.
Marci has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Ohio Wesleyan University and received her Post Degree Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Cuyahoga Community College. She became an OSBA Certified Paralegal with the inaugural group in 2007. Marci resides in Strongsville with her family.
Cristina Vacar is a probate and litigation paralegal. She has been working in the legal field for 3 years, primarily in estate planning and probate.
Cristina has a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and a post degree certificate in Paralegal Studies from Cuyahoga Community College. She currently resides in Bay Village, Ohio.
Michele Kerling is a litigation paralegal specializing in e-discovery and large-scale document productions. She has served as the Intellectual Property paralegal at Mansour Gavin for over 10 years and has been with the firm since 1990.
With more than 25 years of experience in her role, Michele holds an Associate Degree in Legal Administration and Office Management from The University of Akron and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from David N. Myers University. She was part of the inaugural group of OSBA Certified Paralegals in 2007.
Michele resides in North Royalton with her family.
