Marci Senft

Marci Senft is a paralegal with experience in real estate, workers compensation, personal injury and litigation.  She has been with Mansour Gavin since 2021 and has been a paralegal for over 20 years.

Marci has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Ohio Wesleyan University and received her Post Degree Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Cuyahoga Community College. She became an OSBA Certified Paralegal with the inaugural group in 2007. Marci resides in Strongsville with her family.

Allison Hakal is a legal assistant/paralegal in the firm’s Litigation practice group. She has almost ten years of experience in the legal industry, specializing in legal discovery, litigation support, and pleadings.

Allison has an Associate Degree of Applied Business in Paralegal Studies from Stautzenberger College. She resides in downtown Cleveland and spends her free time reading and playing volleyball.

Cristina Vacar is a probate and litigation paralegal. She has been working in the legal field for 3 years, primarily in estate planning and probate.

Cristina has a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and a post degree certificate in Paralegal Studies from Cuyahoga Community College. She currently resides in Bay Village, Ohio.

Sheila is a labor and employment and litigation paralegal. Her focus is workers’ compensation, unemployment compensation and litigation. Sheila has administrative and litigation experience in private and public sector law. Her litigation experience includes preparing and responding to discovery and subpoenas and EEOC and OCRC investigations. Further, her public sector work includes union contracts, grievance arbitration, fact-finding and conciliation.

Sheila has been employed with Mansour Gavin since 2007 and has been working in the legal field for over 25 years, mainly in public and private sector labor and employment. She obtained her undergraduate Associate of Applied Business in Legal Assisting Technology and B.A. from the University of Toledo.

Michele Kerling is a litigation paralegal whose main focus is e-discovery and large document productions. She has been the Intellectual Property paralegal for the firm for over 10 years. She has been with Mansour Gavin since 1990 and has been in the paralegal position for over 25 years. Michele has an Associate Degree in Legal Administration and Office Management from The University of Akron and received her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from David N. Myers University. She became an OSBA Certified Paralegal with the inaugural group in 2007. Michele resides in North Royalton with her family.
